We trust that the information below will help you to understand which kind of data the Data Controller is usually collecting through the website https://www.talentsinmotion.org (hereinafter the Site), how they will be used and safeguarded as well as who they will be shared with.

 

According to the art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 ("Privacy Policy"), we therefore wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights and in compliance with the current law legislation on security and protection of personal data.

 

In particular, we inform you of the following:

 

 

a. NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (eg IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI addresses - Uniform Resource Identifier - of the requested resources, time of request, method used in submitting the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code about the status of the response made by the server - fine, error, etc. - and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment). The personal data we collect are those provided by you by filling in the appropriate forms on the Site, and / or at the time of your request to register with our Newsletter service on the Site itself, or those you entered in the curriculum vitae / resume sent (via email, through the Website or through Linkedin).
 

The Owner in any case will use only the personal data strictly pertinent and limited to what is necessary for the performance of the services and activities in the context of the Talents in Motion project, ie those essentially related to:
1. Identification data (name, surname, email address, telephone number);
2. Data on education, culture, profession and professional education;

3. Photographic images (if included in your curriculum vitae).

Personal data will be processed in compliance with the Privacy Code, the Privacy Regulation, any provisions or indications of the Privacy Guarantor and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Owner.

Please do not include special categories of personal data in the curriculum vitae / resume that will not, in any case, be considered and treated by Talent in Motion

 

 

c. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The purposes in relation to which your data will be processed by us are the following:

c.1) Management of your requests

By processing the data you have provided, we will be able to respond to your requests for information and assistance for participation in projects and initiatives of Talent in Motion or to be contacted.

In this case, the legal basis for such processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

c.2) Insertion of your profile among the Talent in Motion and provision of the requested services

If you have sent us your curriculum vitae / resume via e-mail or via the website or via Linkedin, we will insert it in the database of participants in the Talents in Motion project to which the partners of the same project will also have access and we will be able to contact you for further information about your profile or to provide you with the advice and services you may require.

In this case, the legal basis for such processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the contract between the parties.

c.3) Sending our Newsletter, invitations to participate to meeting, activities and surveys regarding topics that characterize the Talents in Motion project

By collecting your consent in this regard, by processing the data you have provided, we will be able to send you a periodic newsletter containing information on regulatory, tax and technical updates regarding the themes that characterize the Talent in Motion project as well as on meeting timetables ( eg conferences, conventions, round tables) and activities organized by Talent in Motion or by its Partners within the Talent in Motion project and we way send you an invitation by email to participate in meetings (e.g. conferences, conventions,round tables), activities and surveys organized by Talents in Motion or by its Partners, all within the scope of topics related to the Talents in Motion project.

When completing the surveys, we generally do not request any personal data. In the event that personal data is requested due to the peculiar characteristics of the survey, specific information will be provided.

Even if consent is provided, you may revoke it at any time by making a request to the Data Controller in the way described in the following point l.

You will also be able to easily oppose further mailings exercising the so called “right to opt-out”, through the methods present in each type of communication with which the newsletter emails and verbal invitations are sent.

Once the consent has been revoked, you will receive confirmation receipt of this revocation notice by the Owner.

The legal basis of the aforementioned treatment is the consent to the processing of your data, expressed by you at the time of the request for registration to our newsletter service or in the website's other contacts forms, carried out by you in the section of the dedicated site.

 

 

d. TREATMENT METHODS

Personal data will be processed on paper, by computer and telematically, and inserted into the relevant databases which can be accessed, and therefore made known, by the internal subjects expressly designated by the Data Controller to process personal data or external people appointed as Data Processors personal data, which may carry out operations of consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, including automated, in compliance with the legal provisions necessary to guarantee, among other things, the confidentiality and security of data and accuracy, updating and relevance of the data in compliance with the declared purposes.

 

 

e. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

The provision of data in relation to the purposes mentioned in point c.1) and c.2) is necessary to be able to proceed to find your requests for information or contact and / or to be able to insert it in the database of the talents participating in the project Talent In Motion, to which also the project partners will have access, as well as to be able to contact you to get further details on your profile or to provide you with the advice and services you may require.

The provision of data in relation to the purposes mentioned in point c.3) is optional, but it is a necessary requirement in order to receive the Newsletter from the Owner ,and whit it , the invitations to participate in meetings (e.g. conference, conventions, round tables) activities and surveys organized by Talent in Motion or its Partners; in the event of non-consent, the only consequence will be the impossibility of receiving the Newsletter and the aforementioned invitations, while it will be still possible to navigate on the Site and contact the Owner through the contact forms on the Website itself or send the curriculum vitae / resume.

During the use of the interactive services or the sending of the curriculum vitae / resume, we invite you not to give particular data, that is to say data from which may be inferred, among other things, the racial or ethnic origin, the religious convictions, the political opinions, adherence to parties, trade unions, associations and organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as the state of health. Any special data provided will be immediately deleted.

 

 

f. DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The data you provide in relation to the aforementioned purpose c.1) will be kept for the time necessary to process your request for information and, in case of your participation in the Talents in Motion project, for the whole time of your participation in the project and subsequently for a maximum period of ten years. Any further storage of your data may take place for the purpose of asserting or defending the rights of Talent in Motion also in court until the prescription of the same begins.

The data you provide in relation to the purpose referred to in point c.2) above will be kept for the whole time of your adhesion to the project and subsequently for a maximum period of ten years. g. SUBJECTS OF DATA PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION

Your personal data may be disclosed to the employees and / or collaborators of the Data Controller authorized and designated to carry out activities necessary to the Controller itself, in order to achieve the purposes of the processing mentioned in paragraphs c.1), c.2), c .3).

h. DATA SHEARING

The Data Controller will not carry out activities for the dissemination of your personal data as a result of the collection of your personal data through this Site or through the receipt of your curriculum vitae / resume.

 

 

i. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

Your personal data will not be transferred to extra-EEA countries, which includes the EU countries, Iceand , Liechtenstein and Norway.
