With a degree in Psychology - Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology, Patrizia Fontana has been working in the Executive Search world for over 15 years. After a 10 years experience in multinational FMCG and Fashion companies, with Cross-functional roles in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales, Patrizia became the first Partner in Search Partners International, and in 2008 joined the newborn Carter & Benson as a Partner, contributing significantly to its affirmation on the Italian market. From March 2017 he entered in Transearch International, a global executive search and business consulting firm for human resources, with the role of Senior Partner focused on consumer, retail, luxury and related digital start-up segments. Coach, advisor and talent scouter, she always focused on development of talent, not just as a part of the company but as an individual. Therefore she is co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of La Fonderia dei Talenti, organization on a voluntary basis born in support of the Contra-Exodus Law for the reintegration of talents into the Italian labor market. He is also a Member of the Executive Council of the Forum of Meritocracy. Above all, Patrizia is the mother of the two splendid Camilla and Filippo, sources of her greatest joys and satisfactions.

Having worked locally and internationally for large multinational companies, I can only confirm the virtuosity of Italian talent. Covering positions from sales and marketing to President to VP of the European supply chain, I was able to get in touch with local and international profiles of all levels and in many markets. This allows me to firmly believe in the quality of Italian talent, that often finds its way across the border, but with the same zeal expresses the desire to return as many young people from foreign countries see the quality of the made in Italy brand and of the Italian Country.
What drives me to support and believe in the mission of Talents in Motion is precisely the great opportunity that the country and the SME as well as large companies can give managers and young people to return to Italy, bringing the experience accumulated abroad aiming to accelerate the innovation spin in Italy and make it more competitive in the global market. I’ve always been confronting with Talent, and in my job I have had the opportunity to learn about talent in all geographies and many industries. I’ve held different roles, from Brand Manager to AD and SVP in large multinationals of FMCG, Fashion, Luxury and Beauty, and one constant I’ve always found is that Talent creates Value. But today Talent itself is not enough. It takes determination, discipline and "Intentionality" as "Commitment in Action". But, even so, it still is not enough. To create value, talent needs to meet the right opportunity.
That’s why I decided to support Talents in Motion with some friends; to give the opportunity to as many Talents as possible to express it and to the Companies to benefit from it, for a continuous cicle of creation of Value, that can lead Italy to play an increased leading role in the World Economic system.

To grow it is necessary to listen, discuss, share experiences and knowledge, and above all to dedicate at least one of our actions to those who will follow.
For over twenty years I have been involved in both public and private organizations, as a manager, as a consultant and as a trainer with particular attention to both internal and external communication processes, used as a virtuous circuit to innovate both processes and image. As President of the Stelline Foundation, I have repeatedly promoted initiatives that put cultural contamination at the center as a method to produce development: in this sense, the proposal to integrate talents with international experiences seemed particularly necessary, especially in the year dedicated to the most eclectic Italian genius: Leonardo da Vinci. I strongly believe that the true added value in organizations is a motivated and competent human capital, and that the sustainable development of companies passes through the enhancement of human resources. In particular, the selection is, today more than ever, the real tool to change the organizations that are still very slow compared to the solicitations of the system.
Talents in motion is therefore a response to the innovation demand of our companies, a challenging project even for those who, like me, have experience in the HR and Communication management, of which it represents an original synthesis.
