With a degree in Psychology - Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology, Patrizia Fontana has been working in the Executive Search world for over 15 years. After a 10 years experience in multinational FMCG and Fashion companies, with Cross-functional roles in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales, Patrizia became the first Partner in Search Partners International, and in 2008 joined the newborn Carter & Benson as a Partner, contributing significantly to its affirmation on the Italian market. From March 2017 he entered in Transearch International, a global executive search and business consulting firm for human resources, with the role of Senior Partner focused on consumer, retail, luxury and related digital start-up segments. Coach, advisor and talent scouter, she always focused on development of talent, not just as a part of the company but as an individual. Therefore she is co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors of La Fonderia dei Talenti, organization on a voluntary basis born in support of the Contra-Exodus Law for the reintegration of talents into the Italian labor market. He is also a Member of the Executive Council of the Forum of Meritocracy. Above all, Patrizia is the mother of the two splendid Camilla and Filippo, sources of her greatest joys and satisfactions.

Having worked locally and internationally for large multinational companies, I can only confirm the virtuosity of Italian talent. Covering positions from sales and marketing to President to VP of the European supply chain, I was able to get in touch with local and international profiles of all levels and in many markets. This allows me to firmly believe in the quality of Italian talent, that often finds its way across the border, but with the same zeal expresses the desire to return as many young people from foreign countries see the quality of the made in Italy brand and of the Italian Country.

Giorgio Boggero is an international CEO with more than 20 years of experience in leading FMCGs Companies. He is a passionate and hands-on business leader who enjoys building, motivating and empowering team members across the organization. He is a pragmatic and steady person, combining strategic vision and excellence in execution. Currently he serves as European Managing Director for Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, a worldwide leading coffee Company (mostly known for Segafredo brand) listed on Milan Stock Exchange and he is member of the Group Executive Committee.

I’ve always been confronting with Talent, and in my job I have had the opportunity to learn about talent in all geographies and many industries. I’ve held different roles, from Brand Manager to AD and SVP in large multinationals of FMCG, Fashion, Luxury and Beauty, and one constant I’ve always found is that Talent creates Value. But today Talent itself is not enough. It takes determination, discipline and "Intentionality" as "Commitment in Action". But, even so, it still is not enough. To create value, talent needs to meet the right opportunity.

That’s why I decided to support Talents in Motion with some friends; to give the opportunity to as many Talents as possible to express it and to the Companies to benefit from it, for a continuous cicle of creation of Value, that can lead Italy to play an increased leading role in the World Economic system.

With a degree in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Organization and Human Resource Management, I have been managing private and public clients for a decade, offering research, recruiting and consulting services for HR and Business Development. I am Managing Partner of Black Tie Professional and Founder of White Libra, an innovative digital work platform. Columnist for the web portals affaritaliani.it and ilsussidiario.net, I am specialized in the topics of the labor market, active policies, public administration and everything related to meritocracy and society. I am Founder and Counselor of the Forum of Meritocracy, born to value talent and merit in Italy. Third-rate tennis player, I usually jog the park to think better. I love reading sociological essays, listening to the Dave Matthews Band live performances and making my beloved children laugh out loud. I hate self-pity and negativity.

Chief Executive Officer of MILANOSESTO S.p.A., he is a Member of the UNICREDIT Advisory Committee for Italy and Ferrovie Nord Milano S.p.A. Board Member. Former AREXPO Chief Executive Officer, General Secretary and General Manager of the LOMBARDY REGION Presidency, and Chief Executive Officer for BCUBE AIR, he was Advisor in the structuring process for the National Airport Plan by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. He was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SEA, Chairman of the Board of Directors SEA Handling, Chairman of the Board of Directors in Eurofly and, before, in Alitalia, Vice President Assoaeroporti, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Commissioner ANAS, Chairman of the Board of Directors still in SEA (where he also served as Board Member), Vice President of SACBO - Company for the Bergamo - Orio al Serio civil airport. In addition to the roles of Chairman and Executive Director of companies and associations operating in highly-complexity industries, he has extensive experience in infrastructure, transport and, in particular, air transport. He has held institutional positions and positions of Administrator and Senior Executive since the age of 36, and he is a lawyer, formerly holder of a law firm in the Cassation and in superior jurisdictions, with a prevalent orientation in the administrative law field.

Graduated in Philosophy at the University of Pavia. She began her experience in consulting in 1995, before joining the TNT Group in 1997 as Head of Personnel, Organization and Talent Management Development. In 1999 she became Director of Personnel of TNT Logistics Italia, and since 2001 she has been Director of Personnel and Internal Communication of TNT Logistics for Europe and South America. In 2004 she assumed the role of Personnel Director of CEVA Logistics SEMEA. In 2008 she held the position of Vice President of HR and Facility Management Director of Sky Italia, with full responsibility for Business Compensation Partnership, MBO, Benefits, Industrial Relations, Performance & Talent Management, Organization, Training and Development, Internal Communication. Ilaria joined BMPS in June 2012, and she is currently Head of the Chief Human Capital Officer Department. She is also:

For over twenty years I have been involved in both public and private organizations, as a manager, as a consultant and as a trainer with particular attention to both internal and external communication processes, used as a virtuous circuit to innovate both processes and image. As President of the Stelline Foundation, I have repeatedly promoted initiatives that put cultural contamination at the center as a method to produce development: in this sense, the proposal to integrate talents with international experiences seemed particularly necessary, especially in the year dedicated to the most eclectic Italian genius: Leonardo da Vinci. I strongly believe that the true added value in organizations is a motivated and competent human capital, and that the sustainable development of companies passes through the enhancement of human resources. In particular, the selection is, today more than ever, the real tool to change the organizations that are still very slow compared to the solicitations of the system.

Talents in motion is therefore a response to the innovation demand of our companies, a challenging project even for those who, like me, have experience in the HR and Communication management, of which it represents an original synthesis.

I've always been a journalist, I dreamed of doing it from elementary school. I teach communication, even if I don't know exactly what it is, or rather what it is not. I run two economic magazines, Economy and Investire, of which I am also coeditor.

I think that Talents in Motion is an exciting project because it focuses on a scarce resource, skills, and it is not ashamed of it, but rather exalts them by making those who have them more visible for the system.

Alessandro Rosina is professor of Demography and Social Statistics in the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of Milan, where he directs the "Department of Statistical Sciences" and the "Center for Applied Statistics in Business and Economics". He is currently president of the InnovarexIncludere association, and a member of the editorial board for ItalianiEuropei and Neodemos. He is the scientific coordinator of the "Youth report" of the Toniolo institute www.alessandrorosina.it.

In 1993 he became Managing Director of the Sutter Group, established in 1858 and active in the household and professional cleaning products sector. The fifth generation in control of the Company! The Sutter Group has currently subsidiaries in seven countries and two continents, exporting to 35 other markets. President since 2006 of IBC (Association of Consumer Goods Industries, 33.000 member companies) and member of the Board of GS1 Italy, the largest Italian consumer goods association that gathers producers and distributions. Very active in encouraging the growth of technological start-ups from bio-tech, to nanomaterials (such as Graphene), from fin-tech to the first "sharing entertainment company" for the distribution of viral videos.

I have a degree in Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures specializing in Communication and Informatics. I have been able to consolidate my professional experience, both in private and public companies, in the field of internationalization for SMEs, with a specific focus on Arab countries and the GCC.
I had the opportunity to spend most of my career abroad as Project Manager studying the economic dynamics of strategic and emerging countries such as Iran and Libya.
 

I have a degree in Political Science with a specialization in Public Administration and International Relations. I specialized in business organization and human resources management, having the opportunity to consolidate my knowledge thanks to work experience both in Italy and abroad.

I worked for 7 years in Promos, a special company of the Chamber of Commerce, where I held the position of contact person for executive training and skills development.
In Talents in Motion I am a Talent Acquisition Manager.
